NavBus sells tickets, runs fleet operations and settles payments for road and river passenger transport in northern Brazil. I lead its solutions architecture and technology at Starnorte, the company I co-founded in 2023.
Tens of thousands of passengers, with thousands of tickets issued every day.
CAD-RUA connects three teams that used to keep separate notes: street outreach agents, shelters and the municipal coordination. What an agent records on the sidewalk reaches the shelter's front desk before the person does. It was developed together with IPPPS and Evolução Clínica e Consultoria and selected by FAPERJ under Call 34/2025 (Programa Prioridade Rio). I am the project's coordinator and architect.

Transworld has handled international moves between Brazil and the United States since 1985. From 2006 to 2011 I was its development and IT manager and built the tracking and ERP system the operation still runs on. In January 2026 the company brought me back, on contract, to design and build the next generation.
Starnorte, based in Belém, builds software for the North and Northeast of Brazil. I co-founded it in September 2023 and I am its Director of Technology & Development.

A marketplace for local shops, couriers and customers, deployed in several cities in Pará. Co-founder and solutions architect, 2022–2025. Tá Liso has since evolved into Tá Entregue, which is still running.
An app and a municipal response center for women facing domestic violence. I came up with the idea and designed the architecture. 2024–2025, new version in development.
A touchscreen on the handle of a supermarket cart that shows the offer for the aisle the cart is in. Solution architect; I designed and built it.
A public service app launched in 2018 with Rio de Janeiro City Hall. I developed it and presented it at the launch.
